The Almond Tree – Michelle Cohen Corasanti – Review

The Almond Tree by Michelle Cohen Corasanti

I have not enough words to express my enjoyment in this book. It is so profound and heart touching. It is well written and has a meaningful point of view that advices us with the word of wisdom at any page.

This is the book I will recommend to everyone from teenagers to grandparents. It’s something in this story that gives hope even there are lots of paining moments. I love this book from beginning till the last word.

I would like to read more from this talented author and I am sure everyone has to learn something from The Almond Tree.

I’d like to share with you some of the interesting wisdom quotes that you’ll find in this amazing book:

“The teacher is important, but it’s the speed at which your brain fires that makes you the champion”

“Don’t allow guilt to enter your heart, because it’s a disease, like cancer, that’ll eat away at you until there’s nothing left.”

“Courage, I realised, was not the absence of fear: it was the absence of selfishness; putting someone else’s interest before one’s own.”

“Good things make choosing difficult. Bad things leave no choice.”

“I believe that a great marriage doesn’t come from merely finding the right person, but by also being the right person.”
